I'm Özgür Saklanmaz — a software engineer based in Turkey, currently working as Software Engineering Team Lead at Saykal Electronics, with 5+ years of professional experience across mobile, backend, and cloud technologies.

My work sits at the intersection of technical depth and product thinking. I believe great software isn't just about correct code — it's about understanding why you're building something, who will use it, and how it will grow.

I lead by example: I still write code, review PRs, design architecture, and stay close to the ground level. From microservices on AWS to cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter & MAUI, I care about the full stack. Recently I've been diving deep into AI Agent development and distributed systems.

Outside of work I explore new technologies obsessively, ship side projects, and follow the intersection of design and engineering — because the best products are where those two meet.
